CoolBreeze AC Services is committed to delivering quality service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service credits may be issued.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate your concern and, where valid, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A free re-visit by a senior technician to address the issue
  • A partial or full refund of the service charge (case dependent)
  • A service credit against your next booking

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service was not delivered as described or confirmed
  • Technician caused verifiable damage to your property during service
  • Duplicate payment was charged by error
  • Booking was confirmed but technician did not arrive within 3 hours of promised time with no prior notification

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Service was completed to the agreed scope and the customer later changed their mind
  • New, unrelated faults developed after service completion
  • Customer was not present at the service address at the scheduled time
  • Customer requested services beyond the original scope without paying the additional amount
  • Dissatisfaction arising from pre-existing conditions disclosed by the technician before work began

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Spare Parts

Installed spare parts are non-refundable once fitted. If a defective part is installed under our warranty, replacement will be at no charge within the 90-day warranty period.
