1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a booking form, or calling our service number, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CoolBreeze AC Services provides air conditioner repair, servicing, installation, gas filling, uninstallation, relocation, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • Bookings can be made via our website form, phone call, or WhatsApp
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
  • We aim to confirm bookings within 30 minutes during business hours (7 AM – 9 PM)
  • Appointment times are estimates. Technician arrival may vary due to traffic and prior job duration
  • You must ensure an adult (18+) is present at the service location

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on the website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on the specific issue, AC model, and parts required
  • A final quote will be provided by the technician after diagnosis before any work begins
  • You have the right to decline service after receiving the quote
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, debit/credit card, net banking
  • A GST-compliant invoice will be provided for all services

5. Service Warranty

All repair and service work carried out by CoolBreeze is covered by a 90-day labour and parts warranty. The warranty applies to the specific repair performed and does not cover:

  • New faults unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage caused by power surges, lightning, flooding, or misuse
  • Issues arising from unauthorized repairs by third parties after our service
  • Normal wear and tear

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the AC issue and location
  • Ensure safe access to the AC unit for the technician
  • Ensure stable electricity supply during service
  • Treat our technicians with respect and professionalism
  • Inform us of any known hazards at the property before technician arrival

7. Limitation of Liability

CoolBreeze AC Services shall not be liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect losses arising from AC breakdown or delayed service
  • Pre-existing faults not identified or disclosed during the service visit
  • Damage to property caused by pre-existing structural issues
  • Any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, logos, images, and design is the property of CoolBreeze AC Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
