We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled for bookings made with CoolBreeze AC Services in Hyderabad.

Customer Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings may be cancelled at no charge if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time may incur a nominal convenience fee of ₹99 to cover technician scheduling costs
  • No-Show: If a customer is unavailable at the service address when the technician arrives, the visit charge of ₹149 may apply

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the following circumstances:

  • Technician unavailability due to emergency situations
  • Extreme weather conditions affecting safe travel
  • Geographic or safety-related constraints at the service location

In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment at your convenience at no additional charge.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking up to 3 times without penalty. Rescheduling requests within 1 hour of the appointment may result in a short waiting period before the next available slot.
