This Booking Policy governs how service appointments are made, confirmed, and managed at CoolBreeze AC Services, Hyderabad.

How to Book

You may book a service appointment through:

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon verbal or SMS/WhatsApp confirmation from our team. A booking form submission alone does not guarantee a confirmed slot. We will contact you within 30 minutes during business hours (7 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week).

Information Required

To process your booking accurately, please provide:

  • Your full name and contact mobile number
  • Your exact address/area in Hyderabad
  • Type of service required
  • AC brand and model (if known)
  • Preferred appointment date and time slot

Appointment Windows

Appointments are available in 2-hour time windows: Morning (9–11 AM), Afternoon (12–2 PM), or Evening (4–7 PM). Technician arrival within the window is not guaranteed but we aim for punctuality.

Same-Day Bookings

Same-day service is available subject to technician availability in your area. Call us directly for urgent same-day requests for fastest response.

Multiple ACs / Bulk Bookings

For servicing or repair of 3+ AC units, please call us directly to arrange a dedicated team visit and receive a bulk service quote.

Access Requirements

Customers must ensure clear access to the AC unit(s) and a stable electricity supply. An adult (18+) must be present throughout the service duration.
